Our engineering team provides comprehensive technical leadership across every phase of a project — from initial feasibility and process design through detailed engineering and drawing packages. Material Supply & Procurement

Timely, cost-effective procurement is as critical as engineering excellence. Amertec manages the full supply chain — sourcing materials from qualified vendors, conducting expediting and inspection, and coordinating delivery to site — so your project schedule is never held up by a missing component.

Our scope includes but is not limited to:

• Procurement plan development and vendor pre-qualification
• Request for quotation (RFQ), technical bid evaluation, and award
• FRP/GRP composite pipe and fittings (ORI Group supply advantage)
• Carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials
• Valves, flanges, gaskets, bolting, and specialty fittings
• Expediting, third-party inspection, and import logistics

Construction & Fabrication

Amertec's construction teams execute the full scope of mechanical, piping, structural, and electrical works on site. Our fabrication workshop in Lippo Cikarang Industrial Estate produces precision-built assemblies — from spool pieces to structural modules — before they reach the field, reducing on-site installation time and quality risk.

Our scope includes but is not limited to:

• Metallic piping: carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy (SMAW, GTAW, FCAW welding)
• Non-metallic piping: FRP, GRP, and HDPE systems
• Storage tanks and process vessels (API 650 / ASME VIII)
• Steel structures: pipe racks, platforms, access ways, and mezzanines
• Ducting, HVAC systems, and thermal insulation
• Electrical and instrumentation installation (MCC, cable tray, instruments)

Flange Management

A single leaking flange in an oil & gas or chemical plant can trigger a shutdown, safety incident, or environmental violation. Amertec's flange management service applies a systematic, documented approach to every bolted joint — from initial inspection and gasket selection through bolt tensioning, leak testing, and ongoing monitoring.

Our scope includes but is not limited to:

• Flange face inspection: raised face, RTJ, and ring groove condition assessment
• Gasket selection and change-out per service conditions
• Controlled bolt make-up: manual torque and hydraulic tensioning
• Joint integrity verification and pneumatic / hydro leak testing
• Flange register development and ongoing maintenance programs
• Technician certification and client personnel training

Commissioning & Start-up

The bridge between construction complete and safe, reliable plant operation. Amertec's commissioning team executes a structured sequence of pre-commissioning checks, system walk-downs, performance tests, and controlled start-up — ensuring every system is handed over to the client performing to its design intent from day one.

Our scope includes but is not limited to:

• Commissioning plan preparation and punch list management
• Mechanical completion walk-downs (MCW) and inspection sign-offs
• Flushing, cleaning, pigging, and chemical cleaning sequences
• Instrument loop checks, valve stroke tests, and interlocks verification
• Pressure testing, tightness testing, and functional testing
• Cold, warm, and hot commissioning phases through to client handover
